This notice covers cognatelabs.io, its contact form, and its Brand Video Intelligence waitlist form. It does not describe a separate client or product deployment.
Who controls the information
Cognate Labs FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates this website. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@cognatelabs.io.
What the forms collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, and message. The BVI waitlist also asks for industry, the evaluation scores you care about, optional volume, and an optional goal. The forms do not ask for payment details, passwords, government identifiers, or video uploads.
Why it is used
Submitted information is used to read and respond to an inquiry, evaluate fit for BVI beta access, and continue the conversation you requested. It is not sold. Do not place confidential information, credentials, or sensitive personal data in a website form.
Delivery and retention
Form submissions are delivered through Resend to a Cognate Labs inbox. Messages may remain in that inbox while the inquiry is active or where records are reasonably needed for business or legal purposes. No shorter fixed deletion period is promised by this notice.
Access or deletion requests
To ask what information was submitted, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@cognatelabs.io from the address used in the form. A request may require verification before it is acted on.
